We're hiring: an analyst to join the Stockholm team
Delta is hiring a full-time analyst to work alongside Erik and Sam in Stockholm. The short version: you'll build models, prep decks, sit in on client calls, and help run the day-to-day of a growing advisory practice.
We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in VC, investment banking, or corporate finance. You don't need to have done startup work before, but you should want to. Most of what we do is early-stage founders making big decisions under uncertainty, and we want someone who finds that interesting rather than stressful.
What you'd actually do
Build and pressure-test financial models for clients
Prepare materials for investor meetings — decks, data rooms, memos
Sit in on client calls and run follow-ups
Research VCs, competitors, comparable rounds
Write for the blog if you enjoy writing
What we're offering
This is a role for someone who wants to learn the advisory side of early-stage finance from the inside, not someone looking for a corporate career track. You'll see every deal we work on, get direct mentorship from Erik and Sam, and have a front-row seat to how Nordic seed funding actually works.
Salary is competitive for the Stockholm market. We're on Götgatan in Södermalm. Two days a week remote is fine.
